Title: Foliation preserving homeomorphisms of 3-manifolds (video) slides
I will try to explain a natural problem that arises when studying partially hyperbolic diffeomorphisms of 3-manifolds and some of the ideas on how to apply coarse dynamics to the understanding of foliation preserving homeomorphisms in 3-manifolds. This leads naturally to the notion of collapsed Anosov flows (to be defined) and in particular the full classification of partially hyperbolic diffeomorphisms in hyperbolic 3-manifolds. The talk is based in joint works with T.Barthelme, S. Fenley and S. Frankel.
