RESUMO: In this talk we present some results about existence, as well as non existence, of extremizers for the adjoint Fourier restriction estimate on hyperboloids. We will discuss the Lorentz symmetries of the problem and the concentration-compactness arguments involved in the proofs, as well as connections to the Klein-Gordon equation.
